Hi again everyone! Glad to have found you all over here. Some of you may remember me from the name wizard forum about 2 years ago, and two years before that. I always intend to stick around because I love the name nerdery and all the discussions but somehow I can’t balance being a mother of young children with any sort of hobby. Someday!! I’m probably not pregnant this time and we’re not really planning on having a third, but there’s a slight chance that has me thinking about what we’d name a third if it happened. If it was a girl she’d 99% be Ivy. But given our track record it’s likely to be another boy!
What would you name a third boy with older brothers J@5per and Le0n? I’m deliberately not saying what’s on my list as I’m not in love with any of them and I want some fresh ideas. And go! (Thanks for humoring me!)
I do like Rowan quite a bit. I think it’s more on the popular side for my tastes, or maybe just missing a bit of jazz. I also have always loved Gavriel but we’re actively avoiding biblical/religious names. Casimir is super cool; I think it’s more Russian than Armenian but I could be mistaken there. Casimir. Hmm. I really do like it but it’s probably a bit out there with J & L. Cal and Caz make me remember that I like Cass too (but again with the S!).
I wish I liked more of the -o names. Aldo is just meh to me and I feel like I should like Rollo but it’s not quite there for me. Ivo is interesting given that our girl name is Ivy. Do you pronounce it eye-vo or ee-vo?Lots of food for thought, thank you!
